Bring in a pair of jeans that is two sizes too small and that you cannot get buttoned. We keep the jeans and over the 8-weeks you will periodcially try them on. By the end of Week 8 they will be buttoned!
Check-In with your PNF Coach each week to develop a nutrition plan for you and hold you accountable.
Workout up to 3-4 times per week with a Coach at Pittsburgh North Fitness following the "ROCK YOUR JEANS" Fitness Plan that is guaranteed to get you into jeans 2 sizes smaller.
Can't make it to the gym. No problem. We've got you covered with special at-home "ROCK YOUR JEANS" workouts.
Meet with our Head Trainer to discuss your goals and assess your movement to develop a plan to meet you where you are currently fitness wise.
