Here's how it works...
Meet with our Head Trainer and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Fitness Coach for at Meet & Greet Session to assess your current movement, goals, and fitness level to develop an individualized plan for you.
Your coach will guide you each step of the way on your individualized workout plan that has been written just for you and your golf game.
Your coach will track your progress in each workout to maximize results and every 30-60 days we will reevaluate your movement with the TPI Golf Fitness assessment in order to develop the best fitness plan for you and your golf game.
Work in your choice of a 1-on-1 or Semi-Private Personal Training setting with a coach who will coach you through your program.
We will design a fully customized program to improve your golf performance.
Sit down with our TPI Certified Fitness Coach to discuss your personal goals, assess your current fitness level and design a program just for you.
Our Titleist Performance Institute Certified Trainer will conduct a full TPI Golf Fitness, Strength & Power Assessment to identify your body's restrictions and weak links. You will then have access to the My TPI App and containing your recommended exercises based on your assessment results.
This screen is a simple set of tests used to determine how technical elements of the player’s swing are related to how their body moves. And then determines where gaps in their movement and strength are effecting how fluid and powerful they swing.

Starting with our TPI Screen we then build a fitness program just for you. From there you will work with our coaches in a Semi-Private environment (5 people to a coach) as we guide you through your individualized golf specific workout built to your needs and goals to provide you with the best results.
