  • Individualized Fitness Plan - for your goals, your abilities, and your fitness level.
  • Up to 3 Private Training Sessions per week - a coach will guide you through an individualized workout designed for your specific needs and goals in each session.
  • FA40 Nutrition Blueprint - this is an easy-to-follow nutrition plan that will help you with your food and get the best results.
  • 30-Minute Nutrition Coaching Session - sit down with our in-house Nutrition Coach to discuss your FA40 Nutrition Blueprint and you answer all you nutrition questions.
  • Access to all other programs in the gym including Semi-Private Training Sessions.
  • And...Unlimited Gym Access.
